THE MINISTER OF CITIZENSHIP AND IMMIGRATION

Applicant

and

MINH TUYET NGUYEN

REASONS FOR ORDER AND ORDER

[1]               As I agree with Counsel for the Applicant’s argument, dated July 21, 2008, that, because the Citizenship Judge who decided to grant the Respondent citizenship without providing any reasons for so doing, I find that the decision is made in error of law.

ORDER

Accordingly, I grant the present Appeal.

Given that this result is due to a failure beyond the Respondent’s control, I recommend that, should the Respondent again apply for citizenship, that her Application be expedited.
