REASONS FOR JUDGMENT

ROTHSTEIN, J.:
[1] Although this is an appeal, in form, from a decision of a Citizenship Court Judge, in substance it is an appeal from a decision of the Minister not to waive the knowledge requirement of the appellant under subsection 5(3) of the Citizenship Act. This Court does not have jurisdiction to consider an appeal from a decision of the Minister under subsection 5(3). Therefore the appeal must be dismissed.
