[1] On July 14, 2003, Mr. Justice Teitelbaum ordered that the Sheriff's costs, when taxed, be paid ahead of all other claims against the proceeds of sale of the vessel "Tranquillity".
[2] On October 28, 2003, Mr. Peter J. Cullen filed the Sheriff's bill of costs in the amounts of US $61,185.89 plus CDN $86,937.36 together with the consent of all parties.
[3] Since all parties have consented to the amounts claimed, the Sheriff's costs are taxed and allowed as requested.
