REASONS FOR ORDER
ROTHSTEIN, J.
[1] In spite of the able argument of counsel for the applicants, I have not been convinced that the visa officer fettered his discretion in any manner. The criteria he listed for assessing the ability of an entrepreneur was reasonable and not exhaustive. Nor am I satisfied that there was refusal to exercise jurisdiction by the visa officer. The visa officer's reference to not being able to substantiate or verify "the value of the remainder of your funds" clearly arises because of his doubt as to the veracity of the value of the other assets that the applicants professed.
[2] The application must be dismissed.
