JUDGMENT AND REASONS FOR JUDGMENT
NADON J.:
[1] Despite Mr. Colasurdo"s able argument, I have come to the conclusion that the application for judicial review should be dismissed.
Page 2
[2] The Refugee Division found against the applicants because it was of the opinion that their fear of persecution was unrelated to any of the grounds for fearing persecution listed in the definition of "Convention refugee".
[3] The Refugee Division specifically found that the applicants did not belong to a social group and were not targetted because of their political opinions. In view of the evidence, I see no justification for intervention on my part.
[4] As for the applicants"arguments concerning the Refugee Division"s failure to comply with the principles of natural justice, I am of the opinion that they are unfounded.
[5] Thus, the application for judicial review is dismissed.
