[1] The Applicant shall have until June 16, 1999 to file and serve the affidavits in support of his application for judicial review. No delay in this regard shall be tolerated.
[2] The Respondent shall have 45 days, upon being served with the Applicant"s affidavits, to file and serve his affidavits.
[3] Should the Respondent require additional time to file and serve his affidavits, a letter to this judge requesting additional time shall be sufficient. No motion shall be required.
[4] Subject to Rules 308 and 309, the applicant is expected to apply for a hearing date within the delays set out in the Rules. It goes without saying that the Applicant is to proceed with the utmost of diligence.
