THE MINISTER OF CITIZENSHIP AND IMMIGRATION
Respondent
REASONS FOR ORDER
ROTHSTEIN J.A.
- [1] In spite of the able argument of applicant"s counsel I am unable to detect a reviewable error in the panel"s decision. Applicant"s counsel argues that the panel gave no indication of its dissatisfaction with the applicant"s evidence so that areas of inadequacy could be addressed. There is no obligation on a panel to do so. Applicant"s counsel gave a number of alternative explanations to the adverse credibility finding of the panel. However, it is not for this Court on judicial review to substitute its findings of fact and credibility for those of a panel.
- [2] The judicial review will be dismissed.
