REASONS FOR ORDER
(Delivered from the bench at Montréal
on Wednesday, October 15, 1997)
HUGESSEN J.
[1] The record contains both documentary and testimonial evidence in support of the Refugee Division's finding that the applicants could have settled quite safely either in Alma Ata or in the north of the country. The fact that the applicants submitted the opposite to be the case is not a sufficient ground for this Court to intervene.
[2] The application for judicial review will be dismissed. I ask counsel whether they wish to propose that a question be certified.
