REASONS FOR ORDER
(Delivered from the Bench at Toronto, Ontario on
Wednesday, October 28, 1998, as edited)
ROTHSTEIN J.:
[1] In spite of counsel's able submissions, I am unable to see that this is a case for judicial intervention. The panel made its findings based upon credibility and implausibility grounds and I do not see any basis for interfering with the panel's findings.
[2] The judicial review must be dismissed.
