[1] Mr. Savage, in spite of your able argument, I am not persuaded that the Visa Officer ignored evidence in finding that the Applicant did not meet the qualifications for immigration to Canada. The Visa Officer appears to have taken into account all relevant documents and concluded that the Applicant did not qualify as a Microbiologist. On assessing the material in the record, I cannot say that the Visa Officer erred in arriving at that conclusion.
[2] The judicial review will be dismissed.
