Date: 20000526
Docket: T-1049-99
BETWEEN:
KAREN SHUI YAN FONG
Appellant
- and -
THE MINISTER OF CITIZENSHIP
AND IMMIGRATION
Respondent
REASONS FOR ORDER AND ORDER
REED, J.

[3] This appeal is dismissed.
