THE MINISTER OF CITIZENSHIP AND IMMIGRATION

REASONS FOR ORDER AND ORDER
(delivered from the Bench at Toronto, Ontario,
on Thursday July 2, 1998)
ROTHSTEIN, J.
[1]In spite of the very able submissions of Applicant's counsel I am of the opinion this is not a case that warrants judicial intervention. The panel's decision is one based entirely on credibility. The panel gives a number of examples of implausibilities in the applicant's evidence, I am not persuaded the panel made any reviewable error. The judicial review is dismissed.
