REASONS FOR JUDGMENT
(Issued from the Bench on January 20, 1998,
in Toronto, Ontario, edited)
WETSTON J.
[1] You appeared before Judge Alice Napier, who declined to make a recommendation that you be granted citizenship because you did not have adequate knowledge of Canada or your responsibilities and privileges if you were granted citizenship.
[2] Now, Mrs. To, it is apparent to this Court, that since that hearing, you have obviously informed yourself of your responsibilities and obtained sufficient knowledge of Canada to meet the requirements of the Act; therefore, the appeal is allowed. Thank you very much.
