[1] The applicant has obviously not centralized his mode of living in Canada.
[2] The applicant has centralized his mode of living in the United States since 1995.
[3] As he testified, he is a permanent resident of the United States.
[4] The applicant is short to meet the requirements of residency set out in section 5(1)(c) of the Citizenship Act.
[5] As was raised by counsel Large, the applicant did not even have a pied-à-terre in Canada.
[6] For the reasons given, the application is denied.
