ORDER AND REASONS FOR ORDER
The applicant has moved for an extension of the period in which to file and serve his record, which should have been done no later than July 25, 1997.
The applicant invokes the following reason to justify his failure to file the record within the prescribed periods:
I failed to file the applicant"s record within the required time because of a miscalculation of the time. |
without, however, explaining why he miscalculated the time.
A statement as vague as this is not a reasonable explanation of a breach of the Court"s rules.
The application for an extension of time is dismissed.
