REASONS FOR ORDER AND ORDER
[1] This is a motion pursuant to Rule 369 for an extension of time to file an Application for Judicial Review beyond the 30 day limit prescribed in Section 18.(2) of the Federal Court Act.
[2] The applicant did not file an affidavit explaining why he did not file an application for judicial review in the prescribed time period.
[3] I am satisfied that there is no arguable case here. Grewal v. M.E.I., [1985] 2 F.C. 263.
ORDER
THIS COURT ORDERS that the application for an extension of time is dismissed.
