[1] This motion on consent for a Confidentiality Order is denied with leave to reapply since the Court cannot satisfy itself that the draft Confidentiality Order submitted is in accordance with the teachings of this Court in Levi Strauss & Co. et al. v. Era Clothing Inc., unreported decision of Evans J., July 23, 1999, Court File No. T-1096-98. The parties must reapply within seven (7) of the date of this Order.
