ORDER AND REASONS FOR ORDER
ROTHSTEIN, J.:
[1] In spite of the able argument of counsel for the applicant, I do not think this is a case for intervention by the Court. The panel's decision is based on its finding that the applicant's evidence was not credible. The applicant points out a few factual errors in the panel's decision but these do not appear to be significant to the applicant's claim. Credibility determinations are for the panel who observes the witnesses. There were reasons given for the panel to disbelieve the applicant. Even if the panel's credibility decision could be considered weak, the panel found there was an internal flight alternative in India for the applicant.
The judicial review is dismissed.
