REASONS FOR ORDER
TREMBLAY-LAMER J.
[1] This is an application for judicial review from a decision of the Refugee Division of the Immigration and Refugee Board ("the Refugee Division") that the plaintiff is not a Convention refugee on account of his general lack of credibility.
[2] Despite the able argument of Ms. Fiset, I was not persuaded that there is anything to justify this Court's intervention.
[3] It is clear, considering the expertise of the Refugee Division and its complete jurisdiction in assessing the testimony of a claimant, that this Court will not intervene so long as the inferences drawn by the Refugee Division are not unreasonable.1 In view of the many weaknesses found by the Refugee Division in the plaintiff's evidence, its conclusion that there was a general lack of credibility was fully justified.
[4] For these reasons, the application for judicial review is dismissed.
