REASONS FOR ORDER
ROTHSTEIN J.:
[1] In spite of the able argument of counsel for the applicant I have not been persuaded that the panel in this case made any reviewable error. |
[2] The panel"s decision is based upon its view that the applicant"s story was fabricated. The decision explains why the panel found the applicant"s story not credible or plausible. Counsel points to various pieces of evidence that would support the applicant"s position. However, the panel"s reasons indicate that it considered the evidence and rejected it. It was open to the panel to do so. |
[3] This is not a case for intervention by the Court on judicial review. The application will be dismissed. |
