REASONS FOR ORDER AND ORDER
O"KEEFE J.
[1] This motion dated the 27th day of March, 2000 on behalf of the applicant was for Directions or Orders for the listing and hearing of the judicial review petitions being numbers IMM-5306-99 and IMM-1030-00, on April 10, 2000 for final hearing and disposal in accordance with law, and for the issuance of any Directions or Orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case.
[2] I have read the material that was filed on the motion and considered the arguments |
presented to me.
[3] I am of the opinion that there is no necessity for Directions or Orders for the listing and hearing of the judicial review petitions bearing numbers IMM-5306-99 and IMM-1030-00. Leave for judicial review has not been considered in these files. The application for leave and for judicial review for IMM-5306-99 was filed with the Court on November 1, 1999. The application for leave and for judicial review in IMM-1030-00 was filed with the Court on February 29, 2000.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: |
