ORDER AND REASONS FOR ORDER
[1] After reading the submissions found in the "Defendants' Motion Record" the motion for an order setting aside the 2000-04-03 order which granted default judgment on the Plaintiffs' 1998-12-21 Statement of Claim is denied with costs in the sum of $1,500 and which costs are assessed against Ian Brown and Marcus Leech. The costs are to be paid forthwith.
[2] There is no merit for the present application. The present application should never have been brought. The Court has clearly stated that Ian Brown and Marcus Leech cannot represent the Defendants Synchronics Ltd. and Synchronics.
