TEITELBAUM, J.
[1] The Appellant arrived in Canada as a landed immigrant on May 23rd, 1992 and has been living in Canada since that date.
[2] The Appellant, before filing her application for citizenship, left Canada for 22 days on February 15, 1995 and for a period of 176 days on August 10, 1995. She had left Canada on February 15, 1995 to visit with her mother and, on August 10, 1995 left Canada on a personnal matter.
[3] It is obvious to the undersigned that the Appellant left Canada on a temporary basis but had always retained her residence in Canada.
[4] The present appeal is allowed and the Appellant should be granted her Canadian Citizneship.
